I'm stood here in the kitchen, listening to the steady rain and procrastinating about doing the washing up, Facebook and forum to distract me and I've noticed a strange event unfolding via social media in my sweet lil ol town..
Reports of deafening thunder and dramatic flashes of lightening seen by folk less than a thousand yards away from where I stand, and I've seen and heard nowt..
So I did a little digging and it turns out some young chums of mine are playing a trick on their neighbours.. The sounds of thunder are being blasted through their sound system while 'lightning' is being recreated with the use of a randomly applied slow strobe in their back garden..
