Mine have had big sleepovers - never again! Max 1 other now.
Make some thick sweet yogurt mango lassi for them to drink.
They will sleep slowly fall asleep in no time.

We had 8 girls stay every year, great fun for them, glad she has outgrown that. Problem is now daughter 2 has started! Daughter 3 will no doubt be following on.

Ha ha. Proper lolled at this. We have two girls who were 5 and 9 in November. A birthday sleepover was had by all. Only as they were born on the same date, we had five 8 year old and three 4 year old all sleeping over on same night. Chaos does not do it justice. More laughter noise and tears than I've ever seen in one place!!!
Actually the girls are fine. The solitary lad may not survive the night if he doesn't stop behaving like a whining, spoilt attention seeking little brat. Even MrsMC is losing patience with him.
Last sugary treats and drinks have just been consumed. Planning on getting them into bed at 11pm. I have to be up early to collect Jnr who has escaped to his Nan's for night so we can crack on with the Scouts Christmas card delivery run.

Bizarrely, at 10pm I went in to see if they wanted a drink and they asked to put their pyjamas on and finish watching Toy Story 2 in their sleeping bags.
"Oh, alright then".
11.15 we made sure the telly was off and they were settled in and chatting. They were asleep by midnight and we didn't hear them cavorting around till 8am! (Apart from the minor hiccup at 2am with the 8 year old bed wetter we had been warned about. Who didn't bring her own sleeping bag :evil:)
Wait till they get to 16 and a mix of lads and ladettes turn up the worse for wear and spend two hours attempting to blow up a couple of air beds, they seemed to think it was funny.
