At the end of the second series Axe claims he's going to find out what Chucks' damaging little string is that he's left hanging and bring him down with it.
I think it's that Chuck has left his flank exposed by not dealing with the aggrieved CEO of Ice Juice and Axe can use him to expose Chuck's dirty dealing when Chuck set the company up for a fall, after fixing the financial honey trap to tempt Axe to short the stock.
