Has anyone heard of this company and are they any good? Having just been told by our daughters that they would like new bike helmets for their birthday in a couple of weeks, the only place I can find the helmet we want in the colour she'll like (Giro Hale in Pink) is there

They’re OK but in Spain and are pretty lethargic with delivery times. I’ve only ordered once from them due to price and all was well eventually.

Used TrekInn once. Claimed to have an item in stock, ordered, delivery time given made it clear they didn't actually have it in stock.
Communication and customer service next to non-existent. Wouldn't go near them again.

Just got some tubeless tape from them delivered today, i ordered it on the 5th this month. Don't think 3 weeks is too bad just now

Use them two weeks ago for a cheap Shimano 4 pot brake. Delivery took a week from placing order to arriving with me. You get a photo of the parcel when they despatch and a royal mail tracking number.

All aftermarket boxed with all hose accessories.

Faultless really.

My experience is the same as Flashies

I wouldn’t use them again either

Bought my XT Di2 from them a couple of years ago as they were way cheaper than anyone else.
Took about a week to arrive, but no other dramas.

Ordered 2pr SKS Bluemels (£15 a pair!) last weekend.
I've just had delivery confirmation for tomorrow.

Used them before and coincidently I've just ordered a camelbak from them.

Ordered a few days back and just had an email a few minutes ago saying it's shipped, with tracking info.

Estimated delivery, Thursday.

So basically, allowing for being based on Spain so delivery isn't as prompt, they are ok in my book.

I ordered something on May 10, which arrived a couple of days ago. An email last week apologised for the delay, caused by new working practices during the pandemic.

And I've bought from them several times previously, with never any problem.  Good prices, too.

bought a gore tex jacket from them, came quick enough at good price. Didn't fit so returned and got refund all within 'normal' time frame.

I ordered a bag and some bits and bobs in late February 2019. After various emails telling me my order was delayed I received my bits and bobs in late March, along with something that was the same brand as the bag I'd ordered but was not the bag I'd ordered. A few days after I complained they changed the product photo on the page (but not the name or part number) and marked it out of stock. They agreed to a return mid April and I got my money back in early May.
I haven't been back.

I bought a rim from them last year because Bike24 only had one in stock and y'know, I wanted two. It was very cheap, not particularly quick... but exactly as advertised.

I bought a couple of bits from them at the start of this month, took about a week to arrive, no issues.

Address is in Spain but I doubt their stock is - they're a few hours from me but delivery can take weeks. I've used bikeinn, trekkinn and a couple of other inns.
Currently waiting a month for a Moto jacket (no rush, haven't got a bike) - delivery ETA keeps going backwards so I doubt it'll ever turn up. Half suspected it wouldn't, but it was 40% cheaper than anywhere else so worth a punt.

The tracking info I've got certainly seems to suggest my order is coming from Spain?

Exit: Yeah, just checked the tracking,

I've used BikeINN and DiveInn several times. Never had an issue and delivery times are reasonable in normal circumstances. It took Royal Mail a week to get a 48hr delivery parcel from Merlin via their sorting office in Preston to me earlier this month so I would say that most deliveries are slower than normal. I would use BikeINN again.

Just bought some bib shorts, one thing that was good was their sizing guide calculator.

This is probably just bad luck but.....

2 years ago I used a card that hadn't been used for years at trekinn and a shop in Darlington

My bank had to stop fraudulent transactions on my card. They and I were certain that it was trekinn

Service and price were excellent!

Their logistics operation certainly is, but the items seem to be sourced from all over. Seems to be some kind of Amazon style operation.

They've just added another two days to my order so very much doubt it will materialise.

Used Trekinn and had a nightmare with them.
Took for ever for my order to arrive and they just ignored any emails.

Thank you for all the replies - I don't think I will be using them. Unfortunately it seems I will have to end up using Amazon though 🙁
