Any recommendations? Basically I've got a bit of medial knee pain going on in one knee, think it started with poorly set up spds on the roadie (cleat on one side had twisted without me noticing). Squared everything up now but still getting the pain so want to see someone who has some bike specific knowledge and can a) sort out my knee and b) check out the bike setup to prevent recurrence.

No pain on the mtb with flats, so I suppose the answer is obvious...! 😉

I had loads of knee trouble with spds. Changed to looks on the roadie and time atacs on the mtb and haven't had a problem since.

Oops, meant to put this in the other forum for starters...

Anyway, nirvana spa is about 5 mins from work so worth a go and will check out AWcycles.

Andrew Jackson is an oesteopath. Very good and really into bikes and sports injuries. Last time I went, to get my knee sorted he gave me a copy of Laurent Fignons autobiography!!

I have used Stephen Green in Camberley for years, he's a sporty guy, very good in my experience. He rides a recumbent but don't hold it against him.

Not quite Reading, but the Warr clinic in Wokingham, and ask for Ade Wagstaff. He's a biker himself so understands the needs and wants... He has helped put me back together numerous times
