Hi everyone,

So long story short last year we planned a mtb riding week with my son and he broke his wrist while out on his bike.

Fast forward a year and last night just before a trip to wales he broke his other one while again out on his bike.

Gutted is a understatement and to see him so upset is horrible.

So I cannot reschedule the three tickets and don't want to go without him.
Only option is put other names on tickets anyone want them.
Do not want them to go to waste, only thing I ask is some nice photos of your day so he knows they got some use.

Have asked family and friends but no takers anyone ?

Have you talked to BikePark? They understand these sort of things really well and normally let you book them again later down the line.

I had similar with mine breaking his just before BPW, his was the Friday, we were going on the Sunday...

I emailed them twice and called or tried to call multiple times, got nowhere, so gave up.

Yep sent a emsil from A and E last night (spent from 8pm till 7am this morning there).

But because its within the 48 hour notice period won't do anything gutted and my son is mega upset.

Yep bit poor really I understand they need to make money etc but I have tried ringing loads and emailed them.
I would be happy to reschedule to October anyday in half term but I just had a short sharp sorry no go you can change names though.

They must know that is not going to happen so they are up 3 tickets, not cheap either.

Man, that sucks! They used to be so much better with this sort of thing. I broke my arm and had to cancel a Sunday uplift on a Friday and they let me move it no questions asked.

I got instant replies to my emails about the Camelbak I left behind. They're also posting it for nothing.. pretty surprised they won't help with this! It's damn expensive these days to just go to waste.
Certainly wish I could take them, not this weekend though 😒

I am absolutely gutted and they won't do anything, rubbish few days son broke his wrist, brother rushed to hospital and I lost my engagement ring down a airport sink.
Bit upset I have lost out on 3 tickets at a total cost of £138, couldn't even give them away either at such short notice.

Expected better customer service in this day and age and has tainted the place we was looking forward to visiting.

TBF Dave, whilst it could have been easier/better... it was pretty short notice.

I wouldn't let it detract from your visiting again.... it's an ace place.
