Used these guys for the first time. Based on the tracking it says my item was delivered on Wednesday but I haven't received anything. I took the standard tracked option. I have a tracking number which appears to be parcel force. I called PF and they cant track it....very good! Has anyone had any experience of Bike Inn tracking - is it accurate? Super annoyed as I need the part!
I have used them once before. I thought it was only tracked up until it is handed to a UK courier.
I've used them a few times - delivery times are 'optimistic' and usually relates to the fact that the consignment has been handed over to Royal Mail / UK Courier.
No they suck. Said delivered, arrived 10 days later, 3 weeks in all. Would not use again.
So I shouldn't give up hope just yet then. I was a bit dubious about using them, maybe I should have tried with a less vital part first!
