My old 26" straight steerer Revs are seemingly pretty much irreplaceable. So when Gnusmas said that he had a set of Pikes that might fit I was more than interested tbh.
He arrived this afternoon al tooled up with the kit and his kid to sort my hangover- I love whisky, I hate whisky SO MUCH...
The bike has a new lease of life, cheers mate I really appreciate it.

No problem Ambrose. Pleased they fitted, hope they last a few more years for you.
Thanks for having us all round and putting up with the chaos 4 kids create. Hope it didn't make your head hurt more and that it's better today.
Did you get rid of the revs?
Molgrips - when I left yesterday they were still in his workshop. Not sure what he was planning doing with them, but the pikes will definitely see him through. Due to the lack of time to ride over the years, I have literally put about 100 hours on them, if that.
My wife's bike might benefit from some better forks, 26" 100mm straight QR.
Molgrips
I've got a set of 100mm Recon Gold RLs in white, with 230mm straight steerer, if they're any use to you? Yours for the postage.
(Shan't be offended if those don't count as 'better' than what she's already got)
The bike came with some ultra basic Rockshox (Dart?) in 80mm coil which were really too short. So I fit some Manitou Minutes donated by a friend but they are from the late 90s I think! So anything less than 20 years old will probably be an improvement 🙂
I'll PM you.
