It's our daughters 21st in December - she missed her 18th due to Covid and we'd like to get the family together for a knees-up. Possibly x16 of us from 16 to 55 - so not a kids trash the place session!
Just wondered if anyone had used one they could recommend. A swimming pool would be nice, but a sex-pond hot-tub(s) would be high-up on the list of my daughters requirements.
We're open to anywhere Midlands based - say no further north than Chesterfield, West - Telford, East - Peterborough, South - Stratford upon Avon.

Alton Station. Sleeps loads and great acoustics in the stone ticket office. Isolated so you can make much noise. Landmark Trust.
