Pics like that should be banned 🙁

I could eat that at the moment in one sitting. Looks delicious.

Sod off.

I'm eating things from the bottom of the freezer from before Christmas.

Looks good.

Our daughter has baked three this week. A lemon and blueberry one for mothers day.
A red cherry and doughnut one midweek which has almost gone.

Today she did a chocolate fudge creation which we have yet to sample

I've asked her not to do any more for a while
With no gym and a cut back on exercise I will need to watch my figure

Me too. So where's the "Big **** cake" then? Unless you've prodigiously large thumbs that's a medium sized cake at best.

I think Tracey posted it. Thereby trumping (are we allowed to use that word these days) the OP in one fell swoop.
Want Tracey cake.

Hmmmph
I'd definitely categorise Tracey's cake under the better looked at that eaten variety. Not my thing at all.

Having said which, I have to admit that it does fit the description of big ****ing cake more that mine.

The jury's out round here, without a reference they could just be tall(ish) sort of cakes. Great decoration though!

Well, it takes a big man*...

*with a modestly sized cake

They taste a lot better than they look. It's hard to resist a second slice.😉

This could turn into a STW Bakeoff thread. I will see what Mrs WF comes up with over the next few days. I would happily post up an entry myself but am banned from the kitchen! True story bro.

If the tin is sound then it should be ok - if no oxygen can get in there is nothing for the food to react with.

On the other hand baxter's chicken broth doesn't taste too good to start with, and I doubt it's improved with age.

No, probably why it’s sat in the cupboard for years. Emergency use only😀
