I love my 9 year old van but a lot of the red paintork is fading and dull (like a lot of older red vehicles it seems) - tried MER polish which works for a while, ditto that coloured red car wax polish but eventually it fades again. Anything better recommended? What would be a reasonable cost to take to a bodyshop for a proper mop and polish? cheers

Farecla G3 compound. Hand and machine use cutting compound. Then finish with your Mer!

Once you've polished it's bet to add a good coat of wax. It will deepen the shine and will go along way protect the finish you've achieved.
