From the other thread on poor excuses in interviews for not getting a job, why have you been sacked?
The one and only time it happened for me was when I was working for an agency, and had handed in my 2 week notice as I should have. I walked of the production line, not caring on my last day and the lure of the pub for an all dayer with my mates was too much.
Got a call when in the pub asking where I was, duly told my " manager" I was in the pub and my shift had finished anyway, he then said "I'm sorry I'm going to have to let you go" my reply of "sorry pal you do realise I handed my notice to YOU 2 weeks ago" didn't make him feel any better either
