Quoth Pik n Mix:

Rob is the Big Wang on the Welford Road? If it's the same one it's a very decent place.

That's the bugger - there's nothing like a proper Chinese restaurant to turn the stomach

'Cod Almighty' in Seaton Carew. (Bloody good too!)

There's a Chinese takeaway in Blackhall Rocks near Peterlee called 'Blackhall Wok'

There's/was an hotel in Benidorm called 'Hotel Colon' which I heard was a shithole.

The 'Batter of Bosworth' is the chippy at Market Bosworth. Close to the Battle of Bosworth site.

I always like the butty van at Hound Tor, Dartmoor: hound of the basket meals.

Not an eatery but there's a den and terry's decorators in town complete with ice cream styled vinyl wrap on their van 🙂

True story but the local council in Selby ran a competition to name the new leisure centre I think it was and the winning entry was "Selby Leisure Centre".
