I've a house trained dog....but for some reason when ever she gets a chance my dog will pee in my kid room or spare room.
She is only a small dog...mini shih tzu ...we even put out a wee mat for her to go on when we are out thinking that being tiny she probably can't hold it in long.
Anyway ....what a good product to help clean up the pee..ive heard enzyme cleaners are best but it would be good to find one that not only makes the room smell nice but also stop her from doing again

That's a strange one, but it sounds like she's marking her 'place'.
It kinda sounds like there was a smell in there before and she's decided to mark over the top of it.
Without wanting to sound obvious, I'd give the carpet a big clean (with a machine) then keep the door closed and educate her that peeing in there will end badly for her.
Can't help with a product that will prevent the problem as well as solve the current issue but the enzyme based ones do work really well.
My ex asked me to look after her (was 'our') cat last year and she decimated my brand new furniture. Shat in the middle of the living room floor and drenched the two brand new chairs I'd only just had delivered. To say I was ready to drop her in the canal was an understatement, not least as I genuinely thought that my furniture was now ruined (cat pee is notorious). But the enzyme based products came up trumps.....after like three or four liberal applications!
We've always used this odour neutraliser. though our pup was never a serial offender

Er....
I'd start with just closing the doors to the rooms she pees in, and see if that resolves it.
I do that but every now and then my kid leaves it ajar and in she goes!!...lol
Any links to a good enzyme cleaner
