They're all just batteries.

Ive got a TeckNet one and can't really fault it. Seems good quality and I'd buy another.

7DayShop power banks. Their own kit is as good as anything out there and loads cheaper.

I'm waiting for them to get the Bosch version back in stock; can't find them anywhere else!

Been using an Anker Astro 13000mah external battery for a couple of years and completely rely on it for phone and camera. I think of it as a largeish torch with about 3-5 full phone charges onboard. It has two usb outouts (1a and 2a) for different devices, has been super-reliable and cost not a lot - so I call it a win. I like the look of the newer one more but this won't die so have no excuse to buy another 8)

That power tool adaptor is cool! Just changed to milwaukee kit tho so there's no adaptor for that.

We've got a "Powergen" one, can't fault it. Anker is very good also.

do they do a battery bank with a built in usb connector like the usb pens. It seems like more stuff to lose with cables.

Just noticed the Anker Astro E5 (16000mah) is a mere 20 quid now, gargh, gnnnnnn ....must....resist.....why....gadgets?.....more juice = good..camping...gadgets = gooood.

Can I get a net nanny type thing on my own Paypal? Or is best to simply set a new ridiculous password and then forget it?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/EasyAcc-10000mAh-Brilliant-External-Smartphones/dp/B00INRIWS4?tag=georiot-giz-21&ie=UTF8&ascsubtag=gizdeal5-21 slightly less charge than the above but not a bad price. I've been using a bigger one for the last year and its great.

I've just got one of these Anker ones for my daughter (for a school trip) and I'm very impressed - charges really fast and dead cheap...

The pebbles from Sport-Pursuit are excellent. The larger one link in the first reply, charges and iPhone from 0-100% at least four if not five times of one full charge. Also has a display showing percentage of charge left.
Bought one a couple of months ago and been used every week since, worked faultlessly!

Thanks folks. I plumped for Malvern riders anker link. Gets very good reviews and 20 quid was in budget.
