Or the dependably excellent

Yang Sing is a bit patchy in my experience - food is usually good, but the service can be awful, and the wine is way overpriced.
little yang sing is much nicer than yang sing, to be honest.
pacific- i've only eaten in the chinese part (it's one floor chinese, one thai) and although the food was nice, the service was shocking and it took 3 attempts to bring the right food we'd ordered too.
this was a few years ago mind- i didn't want to go back after that.
Red Chilli is the best by a long shot I think. Just on the edge of Chinatown.
Yang Sing is supposed to be great if you don't order via the menu. Only special people are offered the chance though...
East
pan asia opposite little car park in middle of chinatown ...buffet style but very fresh with big selection

I went there - we were a party of about 12, we'd prebooked. They seated us on two round tables next to each other. One table's food arrived within about 15 minutes, the other one's food took 2 HOURS!!!! I'm not exaggerating either.
They weren't exactly very apologetic either, no discount offered or anything. Can't remember much about the food, think it was ok.
