Breakfast - Dabbling Duck in Shere

Lunch - depends, Wotton Hatch in Wotton is pretty decent

or if you fancy the new gastro pub in Wonersh - The Grantley Arms

Have they redone the Grantley then? Was always a slightly grotty pub before! Used to go to their pub quiz every Monday for years.

Wotton Hatch is good though, first place that sprung to my mind.

Lunch. Food in the William Bray is pretty good. Bike stand outside, a few tables in the bar with real fire, the main dining room is a bit more formal. William IV in Little London do decent sandwiches, locals can be a bit special in there sometimes. Fantastic fire.

Breakfast, always did bacon rolls at Newlands Corner after early Sunday rides.

Nick, yep. Cant get a bleedin reservation for dinner as well now as they are all booked up. One of the partners is the chef from the Shard or the Gherkin cant remember which.

Jools there's also The Percy Arms in Chilworth....not much help in Winter but they have an excellent beer garden. Great for mid week evening post ride beers in Summer.

+1 Percy Arms. Their menu includes a South African theme, so that basically means some damn fine steaks. The bobotie is excellent too.

The Stephan Langton nr Leith Hill used to be pretty good.
