As it says. What is the best free photo editing software. I've got a couple of dozen photos to scan and make good, so don't want to be spending a fortune. Any ideas?

Last time I looked (a while ago!) picasa only had very basic editing facilities. Has it improved?

Yip, 3.5 is very good for a free product. I suppose it depends on your expectations though!
