Campaign Monitor is fairly easy to use but they ask questions as to how you came by your contacts list so as to avoid spam.

Mailchimp - nothing else touches it.

Mailchimp has one massive, massive flaw. When you unsubscribe from a list on Mailchimp it will then email you to say that you have unsubscribed - boils the wee of very many people. It is used to be the most common complaint @'d at Mailchimp on Twitter (I believe).

So, use Mailchimp and alienate your list 😉

Alienate your list by alienating people who've voluntarily removed themselves from your list?

We always used Campaign Monitor for all our client emails, but have recently moved to Mailchimp - the devs all say it is much easier to create email campaigns and the interface is more user friendly than CM.

That would make sense. If only more folks would delve into the settings to make that change.
