Been through a few pans Stella, non stick fell off/Aga ceramic very heavy bit sticky,/De buyer steel became  domed and only touched around the outside and  now the latest Stella that has had a bit of a warping issue. I am told you need to warm up slowly which I don't do and can't see me starting as this is one of the big advantages of  induction.  So which ones can handle the quick warm up times the induction gives and is not cast iron as flipping a pancake becomes a little tricky unless you have arms of Thor !

What have you got ???

Recently purchased some Circulon Premier Professional frying pans, seem good quality but probably too early to tell on longevity

Ikea 365 frying and griddle style pan for me. Been using both for a year now with no issues.

Another IKEA 365 user here; no issues at all, and I've never been shy using the 'Boost' button and we've also got a couple of IKEA TROVÄRDIG pans in different sizes - they've all been used and abused for four and a half years.

A De Buyer Mineral B black iron pan... if you can get one of those to warp I'd be very impressed... but they do weigh quite a lot!!!

Either that, or just browse Nisbets for something which is induction compatible.

I've been through quite a few too and currently (ab)using a Brabantia one with a ceramic coating that I picked up in TK Maxx which has lasted much longer than all the other so far.
