Cheapest of cheap cheese puff things when you go abroad. In the massive packets.

I spend many an hour by the pool chomping on those.

BESTEST CRISP EVER!

Much improved by being made the right size again. I like to think my sustained email campaign to them about the matter helped, other wise I wasted 18months...

Id let you off with the crinkle ones as they have the texture of a crisp, so its like a hybrid snack maybe a "criper" half cracker half crisp. Bring back fish n chips tho!!!!! Or puffs!!!!

Years ago, some pub in Bristol, hand sliced and fried in front of you, in a brown paper bag, pots of different seasonings to add yourself.

Never, ever been beaten.

Tyrells or Kettle Chips otherwise.

Any of the Monster Munch flavours are ace but Pickled Onion still has to be the daddy.

Such is my love for them I got my Mom to send me some out to Oz when i was backpacking there in the mid 90's. Thought she'd send a 6 pack but she sent a proper box of 48 packs! £6 for the crisps, £20 to send it to Oz....

My hostel was a much happier (albeit slightly smellier) place for the next few days 🙂

Damn you all! Crisp availability is somewhat poor in Singapore and I crave UK crisps at the best of times but this thread has made my lack of a good crisp really hit home.

Anyone fancy popping a bag of cheese and onion in the mail? 🙂

I believe that the further up the cost ladder you go the worse crisps are. Poncey upmarket nonsense.

So Pickled Onion Space Raiders or standard issue Golden Wonder smokey bacon.

The exception to this is M&S cheese tasters.

A quick poll of the younger members of the Binners household has decided that I'm wrong (as usual) and the bestest ever crisps in the world EVER are either cheesy Doritos, or Skips!

Oh... And Bregante .... You're a devient!!! 😉

You are all wrong the best crisp ever was Barry McGuigan's Nettle flavour. Sadly no longer available.

Tayto cheese and onion made in Tayto castle in Tandragee NI are the best currently available!!

Saving some would be a perversion, the very thought of which is quite repulsive.

My favourite would be the paprika flavoured one you get in the Netherlands.
