There are plenty of estates that are faster than a gt86
the gt-86 isn't about outright speed though. its a drivers car thats fun to drive at lower speeds. it isn't high powered and doesn't have massively wide wheels.
Are you planning to post the bike through the tailgate component by component?

you can get 2 bikes, 2 people and all your riding gear inside a porsche 944 (and thus, probably a 924, 968 and possibly a 928 as well), I used mine as my only car for a couple of years. It didnt need a poor roofline to manage this 🙂

My Dad had a Scimitar SE5a for ages when I was younger, bike in the back no problem.
A 911 is perfectly capable of having a roof rack:
