A long and weary tale but to summarise, we bought a bed for my 12 y/o daughter last year. One of the slats broke, well within the guarantee period. Serveral phone calls and emails later and all I have learned is that their customer service is probably the worst I have experienced. Ever. And I've dealt with some ****ers.
I've just written to the MD and marked the correspondance "Private and Confidential" expressing my complete and utter pissed-off-ness. What other low cost (free) options are open to me? Is Lyn Fawlty-Woods still the "Consumers Rottweiler" or whatever?
Stay well away from SCS furniture also. Scumbags of the highest order.
