Good call. When I lived in Galloway a case or two of the Galloway Gold always went down well. Discovered Criffel in Aldi last week too. Memories of home.

Suspect I'll be on the Brew Dog tonight. Visiting friends in Edinburgh and off to Illegal Jacks who have it on tap iirc. Then maybe a visit to the BD bar down in the cowgate.

Mine's a pint of Mad Goose if you're off to the bar. Thanks very much.

Jeebus I was drinking desperados at a gig last night. I think that I had 5? My head is killing me this morning! Music venues really need to start serving real ale!

desperados
😆 reminds me of a time in a discotheque in Narbonne & an angry dwarf about to punch my mate in the cock.
But I digress, G&T for me, but I seem to have run out of G.
Incidentally, what sort of ratio, G to T, should I be running?

I think the general rule of thumb is 3/4 pint G then top up the rest of the tankard with T....

I was 'Captain Cobra' in the local Indian last night...ouch! 👿

fotheringtonthomas, in that case hello! I know who you are, my wife works at the high school so pretty sure you'll know me too.

I'm hopefully gonna join your group at some point once kayaking is finished at the pool on wed nights. I've sent you a friend request on facebook a wee while ago.
