Has any one had and dealings with them? Mrs wolly dropped my macbook last week and they're collecting it for an insurance inspection.

Had to deal with them when my Kona was stolen last year.
No issues at all other than a slight nudge to start with.
Few emails, some scanned receipts, a letter from the LBS and a nice fat cheque through the door.
Easy.
