First 7 minutes...class! Camera work is amazing and as my father in law said "isn't nature powerful!"

Last two haven't been as good as the first two.

Good but I'm finding the Disney style story telling style a bit sickly.

That sardine hunting thing was done better in that same place when they did it in Blue Planet too.

EDIT - IMO

Agree Billy - it was a bit sickly

Are we supposed to interfere with nature when it's a ickle baby turtle now?

You never hear of a hungry alligator on these programmes. Those prehistoric bastards. I prefer fwuffy birds.

Excellent filming and brilliant series. The first one was stunning, all have been great. But agree that the sardine run was better, but I thought on Nature's Great Events.

Me too, it's much too anthropomorphic. That bit with the little turtle supposedly 'spying' on the crows eating his mates and 'making a dash for it' annoyed me a little.

However, what's the deal with those King Fish and their circling shenanigans - bizarre

I find it brilliant that we don't know everything. That there is still so much that is new and unknown

As to the mystery of the Kingfish: it helps with their indigestion.
