Looking for a new bathroom suite.

I amazed at the wide variety of prices of very similar looking stuff.

Some of the prices for shower enclosures are crazy!

I am looking to get decent quality but don't want stupid designer prices, hoping to be able to get a full suite, including separate shower, taps, mixer etc for about £1000.

Is it a matter of get what you pay for or are there some real bargains out there?

Empirebath seems cheap, I'm about to order a tap from them.

Screwfix too, though their sanitaryware mings IMO.

I got mine from bathstore otherwise, I like the designs, prices seem OK (£550 for bath, WC and sink).

I've posted up on this recently, various advice as you can imagine!

"Nuff said" = "high prices"?

Bathrooms.com

Recommended by my builder. I got a large 1000 mm shower tray, enclosure, shower, mega big bath, bath panels, radiator and taps for approx £1000.

Wasn't expecting the quality to be up to much but very impressed. Far better quality than anything you see walking around bath store or b&q etc.

Happy choosing!

Boundary Bathrooms sell mostly on the web but if you go to their showrooms they will sell to you at the internet price THEN round everything down to the nearest £50, as they did when we asked nicely "is that the best you can do?".

As I wrote above, enough said.

what does "enough said" mean? "Not worth even trying anywhere else"?

We used boundary, they were by far the cheapest for the bathroom and ensuite stufff we bought.

See this thread for why their customer service is so good too.
