Last Monday I was runnign in the rain, tripped and superman'ed onto the tarmac. Everytime I rub my knee I get a weird tingling radiating out feeling from the centre of the patella outwards. When I do this the whole kneecap goes numb. There are no nerves on or around there is there?
Anyone else experienced similar? I will be testing for Cat AIDS.

Ah its called paresthesia or creeping skin. Its linked to knee trauma. I'll ice it and rag the ****ing thing senseless on Sundays ride 8)
