The station hotel, Ebury Street park plaza hotel - but that was a few years back

That's CFH's stomping ground, so sure he'll have a few suggestions.

The places I know are mainly pubs, but nice ones. The Phoenix isn't bad when it's not too full, The Queens Arms is alright too.

It is kinda better served by pubs (ranging from grotty to quite pleasant) than bars though, IME
