So, my Bank have changed the terms and conditions relating to the charges on their planned overdrafts. I noticed it when I logged in recently. There was no letter informing me of this change. Since they have done this I have moved my business away from this bank but I am wondering if I have any recourse to demand the money back on the grounds that it was an unannounced change in my terms and conditions.
Basicially what is the law regarding a change in terms and conditions relating specifically to bank accounts?

I think it's clearly stated in the terms and conditions that they can change the terms and conditions. You probably signed something agreeing to this. I'd now add a sad emoticon, but I can't.

That and I know mine changed too, I recieved letters and it was on the app whenever I logged on.

So I dumped them for another bank.
