So RBS are officially rubbish with bad tempered customer services and the complaints division are so bust they have to go to call back.

So which current account with rewards or jump ship payment would people recommend?
What about credit cards? preferably with some sort of reward.

As ever I would strongly unrecommend Santander. I worked for a * bank that got taken over by a * bank, but even we took solace that we were not them :mrgreen:

We have Santander [and Abbey before them] for years now as our joint current account and we had our mortgage with them - never any issues.
My own CC is with Smile, they're pretty good too, no idea if they give you anything for jumping onboard though

Yeah first direct look the likely and £125 for joining through moneysupermarket.

think sainsbury's for CC
