I am looking for advice on what backpack that folk use who run commute to work.
My distance will be 5miles each way a couple of days a week.
I will look to carry a 14inch laptop, some clothes and other bits and pieces. I have a running backpack for the trails but it isn't suited to commuting.
Some research has suggested that these are the best, though they are pricey. Hopefully some STWer has experience or could suggest an alternative, thanks!

I use the Osprey Daylite Plus for bike and run commuting. Works well. Has chest and waist strap. Fits a 14" laptop and space for lunch etc. Very comfy for me.Â
