However, seeing as you actually bothered to type some content, I'm going to close the other one.
A truly vile individual. Hopefully her next venture into porn will be to star in a snuff movie
Hey! Look at the monster! Everybody look at the monster! Kill, kill!!
So, is selling pornographic photos of yourself illegal now?

We don't know what the terms of her license were.
If she was making money due to her crime though, isn't that illegal?
I can see that being a very valid point if she was being paid to write or talk about the actual crime she had committed , but from what is available there doesn't seem to be any direct link between that and what's alleged.
I mean, clearly it's not very tasteful, but If it's just down to her notoriety I can think of loads of people who have capitalised on that after being released from prison.

Not generally no. But in her case it's against the terms of her license as she is making money as a result of her crime.
She wouldn't be allowed to sell a book deal, or get paid to appear on TV either.

My understanding is that she wouldn't be allowed to, for example, write a book about her crimes, but would be allowed to write one about something unrelated.

if thats the case i dread to think of the type of porn she has been making..

Should I take a quick punt on next year's Man Booker then?

Obviously.
I honestly didn't think it was worth being that specific.
but what about all of the ex gangsters that write a book?
she's quite the hottie though... what do they say about your inner beauty shining out through your eyes?
but what about all of the ex gangsters that write a book?
They don't do it while they are out on license.
Ok folk, just let this thread die, please.

Based on that photograph i'd suggest that writing a book is far beyond her capabilities, give her a few crayons and she may perhaps manage to scratch a crude drawing on a bare wall, before eating the crayons.
Chemical castration, or place her in Holloway and natural selection will run it's course.
“It doesn't get any more depraved that this".
Erm... Yes it does. Frequently.
If the pictures and the way the were sold made no mention if her crimes, I can't see how they would breach any licence conditions. I've no time for the dreadfull woman, but if people want to buy pictures of her I'm struggling to be outraged.

Profiting from her crime.
Of course the "buyers" know who she is, Without the notoriety she wouldn't have a market.
It doesn't really matter anyway, the probation disagree with you, and she's been locked up again.
That this stuff goes on just makes me realise there are quite a few people out there that the world would be a better place without.
As for the woman herself, beneath contempt.
Not surprised by this, not one bit. I think she is up for the "Female Who Can Achieve Living The Vilest Lifestyle Known To Man" award!
Welcome to the forum.
Oh, hello to you bearnecessities. And thank you! 🙂
MMMM where there is Muck there is Money

According to the OP's link :
But she was returned to prison after the authorities suspected she had been uploading images of herself and trying to sell them online to people fascinated by her appalling crime.
Trying to sell doesn't mean that she was successful.
Can we delete this topic please. I don't see any benefit discussing or seeing this on such a good forum.
Who is the guilty party - the buyer or the seller or both?
Technicality of her licence aside, hard to see why she goes back to prison.
I find it harder to understand why she was released from prison.
True. I am not sure why. How long did she serve?
She was jailed indefinitely with a minimum of five years. The parole board decided to release her after she served four years. Now I'm no legal expert but my understanding is that an element of remorse for the crime committed is required for an early release, attempting to cash in on her notoriety suggests a lack of remorse.
Still, she's a looker eh?
Looks like a mugshot from a Porton Down experiment to resurrect Neanderthals and then expose them to teratogenic chemicals, that then went horribly horribly wrong when she broke out of the lab after killing all the scientists and her handlers.
