A bit tongue-in-cheek but two things that happened over the weekend that are a little bit mysterious.

1. Bivvied down on the CL300 in a little wood not too far from Aviemore on Saturday with a merino wool hat on. Woke up in the morning and the hat is nowhere to be found. Checked through all my kit when I got home and it's definitely gone. Did someone or someome or something steal it off my head in the night?

2. My pal is being driven by his wife to a relative somewhere near Braemar on Saturday. He stops after thinking they hit a pheasant, only a couple of km's from their destination. In the process of getting out of car a recently bought bottle of wine that was in the footwell must have fallen out.

He went back minutes later the wine was gone!

So are the fairies active over the weekend due to the new moon and now wearing my hat and drinking my pals wine? Makes you think? 😋

Its fine. Its just the fairies ... nothing to worry about. Carry on.

/ fisha wanders away mumbling 'that guys a rocket... whit's he on?'

😉

Seriously, I'm finding that I go round the house looking for something in the place it would normally be ... can't see it. Full house wander round, only to come back to the spot where it ought to be, and BAM!, there it is.

Maybe not so much away wi the fairies, but placed by the fairies ???
