After having my van windscreen replaced yesterday the fitter definitely told me I'd receive a job report by e-mail. Just been chasing it up on the web-chat and the operator told me it's something they don't do. Odd. Has anyone used them recently? If so, did you get anything other than a receipt?
Extra unnecessary detail alert - part of the problem was the screen had come seriously un-bonded from it's frame. I want to get in touch with Ford about it, it's only 4 years old! Hoping I can twist their arm to refund me the excess, or at least see if it's a common problem or one-off.
