The crux of this thread seems to be that he sometimes drives a not particularly special car that isn’t his and in some way feels we should envy him due to the assumption that we all drive lesser cars that aren’t ours and then only because the person who actually owns them does not earn enough to buy anything better.

I think the problem with the alternator could be solved by lewismorgan seeking psychiatric help.

So what did the electrical engineer find when he dismantled the old alternator?

you could try fixing it yourself, but the emergency tool kits you get with these cars aren't great.

Remember to use a pair of tights (you know, your mum's ones that you wear when they're out to dinner) if the fan belt goes.

Oh, and LOLlage @ jon1973 😀

It's simple, I believe there is an Audi but not belonging to the OP, the OP thinks he is his dad and I am Spartacus.

Thread of the Decade this one. Wish I had reined my neck in a bit and not come across with cockish undertones though.

No, just a Golf redesigned by a blind hairdresser.

I wouldn't trust any Audi dealer, when I had my Audi (just got rid) they reckoned I needed new Discs all round on the final 3 year warranty service, I highly doubted this and got a second opinion and all I needed was the pads replaced, never used an Audi main dealer since. Hope Volvo are better because thats what I'm driving now.

It's okay, I will return to normality and put my cock away soon when I get DadCarMobile.

Probably.

You forgot about his son/brother (possibly the same person) who is an Electrical Engineer and a friend who works as an Engineer for Audi, or was it Aldi?

No real interest in cars here, so only just opened this thread now (was wondering why it had got to 5 pages).

This is a bike forum. The best car in the world is therefore a 6 seater van.

Still, made a slightly interesting read as I had my breakfast.

That's incredible, really how old are you lewismorgan? You start a troll thread and then complain when people bite.

Was that even written by the online team? Would they "remove all users" or just temporary ban them? How do you incline a comment?

Oh, and people in glass houses...

I doubt it as I don't think the "STW online team" have suddenly transmogrified into Americans. However, that aside the spelling is much better so if it is bogus he must have had some help (from an American).

"Online team specialists"?? - I also doubt they'd use management BS
