Some of you will know my eldest lad got medically discharged from the army late last year with a recurring groin injury. He's had a shite few months but pulled himself together and has scored himself an apprentice chefs position at Rosso, Rio Ferdinand's restaurant in Manchester.
Not only that but the National Apprenticeship Service are using him as an example to encourage new applicants. So I've just spent the afternoon at the press launch at Rio's restaurant (very nice too) and it was all filmed by Sky and Granada TV
