Sneezing yesterday and mid sneeze felt like my arms and back were going to explode. Now a day later my arms still haven't recovered.
Any ideas what could have caused this? Looked online and can't really find any answers.

I've had that! I felt it mostly in my joints. Didn't last more than a hour or two though.
Sorry I can't help further, but rest assured I didn't die.

I had a similar thing although hitting a tree the day before may not have helped
Physio will be able to help if its really bad
Take antihistamine to reduce sneezing until its better
