Anyone else fed up with seeing Pinterest images in a google search and know of a sure fire way of being able to block pinterest.com and pinterest.co.uk from appearing in the returned results?
Yes, it's a right pain.

You didn't specify that, though 😉
If you're using Chrome, the Personal Blocklist extension might be worth a look.

Nice, shame it doesn't block them from image search results but good nonetheless.

I think it was designed as a psychology experiment to see what reaction people have when they search for images, and then click view website, hoping to get more information about the image, only to be confronted with a load of guff.
Results so far, are that it causes anger, and in extreme cases, violent psychosis.
OP could just create a pinterest account and then he'd be able to view pinterest image content relevant to the image search he'd just searched for no?
That and Houzz are the bane of my life: Client's send me an email saying I want this kitchen (or wardrobes, or bathroom etc etc), but there's no indication of where it comes from, how much it costs, or whether it's quality is any good. They usually turn out to be one-off, bespoke products, designed by some architect in the US.
They build unrealistic hopes of what people's homes can be, without any indication of cost, practicality or suitability for their particular home. Plus, they waste my time trawling the internet, trying to find the bloody stuff.
Rant over.
