Here's hoping the Singletrack hive mind can help me.
In Outlook 2003 I used to flag messages that needed a response. I could then arrange my inbox by "Flagged" and lo! all the flagged messages would appear at the top. Great.
In 2010 I can still flag messages, but whichever of the flag based arrange options I use (Start Date / Due Date) Outlook refuses to put the flagged messages on the top.
I can get around this by setting a custom view (View > View Settings > Sort > and set to sort by Flag Status and Received. This is fine, but I have to go through that EVERY TIME I want to arrange by flag.
So - would anyone happen to know if there's some way to save the custom inbox arrangement?
Hope that makes sense!
Click 'Flag Start Date' then 'Reverse Sort' in the View ribbon?
Or just click on the Flag column title?
Aha! Flag column title works, but only in single line view. That'll do Outlook, that'll do.
Cheers
