Namely when they can & can't be used during the year by organisations?

Our local football club has just had a massive & i mean massive display right at the back of our garden. Now I'm not against people celebrating on or around the 5th November but we're 2 weeks away!

So does anyone know what the situation would be?

Contact your environmental health dept/council and make your feelings felt.

Also speak to the football club and express your grievance they may take it onboard for future events

You've clearly never lived near any Diwali celebrations.

It bothers me. I've known idiots to let off fireworks - lots of whizzing, bangs, etc, at 1.30am sunday night/monday morning. About a week after the 5th nov iirc.
