Please help to resolve an argument, is it fair to say that ‘all pole dancers are strippers’ or are there any none stripping pole dancers and if so what's the point? 😕

My wife's a pole dancing instructor. Never stripped (publicly 😉 ) in her life. They put on annual shows for all the students and although a lot of the outfits leave little to the imagination, everything remains on!

i know a "mate" who was in dunfermline chatting to a naked stripper at the bar (in a strip club obviously, not down the local boozer). he wanted a dance so she had to go away and put on some clothes ON in order to perform by taking them off again.

Pole dancing is apparently a 'normal' exercise thing now - a workmate of my gf does it and she's into yoga etc - doesn't do it in slutty clothes (though I saw some pics of a competition she was in and quite a few of them do wear slutty clothes).
Some of the athleticism is very impressive though (seriously).
