I've bought one of the aldi multi ovens which is an air fryer, pressure cooker and slow cooker combo.
Pretty happy with it so far but the air fryer fan is so noisy! I'd compare it with a very loud vacuum cleaner. Is this normal?
Thanks in advance ...
Yeah, they are pretty noisy.
We have a Tefal one. Our extractor fan is quite old and noisy, but the actifry does a good job of drowning it out.
Our Ninja is noisy, but not horrific. It's basically a really small oven with a powerful fan blowing at varying speeds depending on the setting. We can still communicate above it but a gentle conversation might be a struggle. I guess some manufacturers will be worse than others though.
I have a cheap asda one, noisy yes, but no way would it drown out a vacuum.
Only one I’ve actually heard though.
Wife uses a fancy pants (read: expensive) one at her work, she didn’t comment about the sound ours makes, so I’m guessing it’s average.
Just got a Cosori 4.7l.
It's not that noisy to be fair. I was thinking it would be but no. Certainly not louder than our fan oven.
Power Fryer XL - not particularly noisy, just like a loud fan. Had it a few years and it's getting used a bit more.
Same here, loud fan.
Kids couldn't even hear it in the next room when they asked if they could have pancakes for lunch.
No, i'm already cooking, can't you hear it?
Nope... (And neither of them is actually deaf).
