C. Lyons or E & O on the front. They do smokie pies too, and last time I was there smokie scones, but not tried either.

We only live about 6 miles inland from there.

Just have a walk around the harbour area, and see who has them. We got one straight from the smokehouse when we went, it was still warm.

Surely you can call a number and a kid on an electric scooter will deliver?

Wouldn't know who's good these days as they are all just trading names owned not by the people who founded them.

S****ies used to be the one to go to. - they were the ones with the on site smoke house - and you really want to try a smokie fresh off the smoker -used to only smoke mon-wed-fri

Otherwise you may as well just get them vac packed from spinks

The beauty of still fresh off the smoker is -the bone pulls out clean.

We used to get them over the fence at smoke time. My grandparents lived next door to the original S****ie smokehouse - fairly sure it's been rebuilt now. - it's behind the harbour masters office.
