Poacher International Scout Jamboree have announced this year's event will be in Lincoln, Australia, not Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

Kids either very excited or terrified of snakes and spiders 😎

Saw one on Twitter this morning which was a life-extension story about fitting turboprops to B52s. Took me a while TBH

There's also a dynamo powered pasty warmer advertised on the audax FB page. I suspect Binners will be gutted when he realises it's April 1st.

Why would that be weird? A few bike manufactures have made unicycles: Pashley, Onza, Schwinn, Koga

If it is, I don't get it. But then I haven't made a model plane since I was about 13.

I'm pretty confident the Ribble one is an April fool...

Although perhaps £999 is a good price for a unicycle?

I don't doubt it is. It's just a bit of an odd one as other bike manufacturers make unicycles and a lot of the features they list are actually available (carbon fibre frames, unicycles optimised for climbing, Garmin mounts, lightweight cranks). Plenty of riders do like the sort of high end stuff you find on high end bikes. You can also pay more than £999 although that tends to be for ones with geared hubs

Guildford Dragon has a good one that even the Guildford MP fell for.

Angela Richardson MP thinks a tunnel should be built under Guildford for the A3 to run through. Clearly not the sharpest knife in the drawer

if you have a product you aren’t sure about, stick the PR out on the 1st April and then if the reaction is negative you can claim aprils fools..

A 1/24 scale Lancaster would have a wingspan of over 4 feet (and be nearly 3 feet long) so while I think that some people would absolutely love to have one I imagine that the tooling costs for it would result in a retail price so high that many of those that had the space for one would be unwilling or unable to pay for it.
