I have not, but have a good few of my ex-outdoor centre staff who have.
PT themselves seem a good and supportive organisation to work for. Hours are long, pay pretty poor. But better than most outdoor centres, so all things relative. PT seem well organised and clear about how things are done.
The work itself is often demoralising, slow and grinding. You are working with youth who are there often due to a line of mistakes, deep issues in life, referrals from police etc. That said, friends lasted a good few years and look back favourably. I think it goes for much work with behavioural difficulty youth....
