[Closed] Anyone with Virgin Mobile via Carphone Warehouse?

Sorry for such a boring thread. Struggling for any advice on google so wondering if anyone can help.

I ordered a virgin sim only deal the other day from cpw, £8/month, 1500 mins, 3Gb data. All set up, but the virgin account details say it's only 1Gb data. Speaking to virgin, they say that's the only tariff at that price that they do. Cpw say that 'once the 1Gb is used up, they'll 'activate' the additional 2Gb.' This sounds dubious. Anyone else on this type of arrangement? Beginning to regret choosing cpw...
