The Dubois vs Joyce fight, not the other one. Interesting fight not seen much of Joyce, but Dubois has had carefully selected opponents so far this is his only real test IMO. Odd that we should have so many British heavyweights getting into the upper echelons of the sport at the same time. I am edging towards Dubois for the victory, but only really because I know more about him than Joyce.

As for the other fight, head says it will be a massive disappointment, heart hopes two old masters put on a show, but I think it will be embarrassing. Certainly not staying up to watch it.

Tyson/Jones is on about 4 or 5am here I think?
Would have stayed up if it had been a bit earlier

Watching the Joyce Dubois. Interesting bout. 2 big fellas who haven't really been tested, I reckon they're about to get tested. Wonder which one's been overhyped... hard one to pick.

No interest in the exhibition bout. Baffled that anyone would pay to see it tbh. I'd watch one of their fights from the 80s/90s if I wanted to see either of them fight.

The boxing without crowds is even worse than football without crowds.

Joyce's head stuck up in the air, too stiff. Looks ominous to me.

Just said the same thing. The commentators are doing their best, but...

LAck of crowd makes no difference to me watching the fights. Think Joyce needs to throw some harder shots before he gets caught. Seems like a good even matchup so far

Luckily Joe Joyce has a great chin. More right hands Joe!
Decent fight this

Joyce looked like he was boxing for the decision, surprised by the lack of head movement from Dubois, guess that's the problem with picking opponents who are meant to lie down, you never learn to avoid being punched.

Evenly matched, so a good contest in that respect, but lacking any real quality. The commentators made it sound like the winner gets a world title shot, I am not sure he will on that showing.

And I wish the commentators would have stopped apologising for every bit of swearing by the corners, it's a boxing match not a school play FFS

Quality match, enjoyed that.

Edit - that stretched welterweight has amazing physiology! Hope to see him go far (and at 6'3", I'll see him from a long way away).
