q: Is it possible to set the 'effort' type entries to only be visible to users with certain privileges? Basically, we'd like to give customers direct access to raise/view issues but hide effort estimates etc from them.
I realise Jira etc is likely to achieve this but it woudl be good to have something directly linked to the dev environment and we use devops as it manages builds in .net and Jira doesn't.
alternatively, are there any third party devops plug ins/apps that allow custom access controls or even somthing we can use manage timesheets externally to issues but link them for reporting?
