Found some kit I'd like on webtogs, but I've never heard of them before. Has anyone used them? Was it a good experience?

I bought a jacket from them a few months ago, was fine.
Didn't need to contact them for anything, so can't report how well they deal with issues if/when they arise, but yeah, I gave them money and stuff appeared.
